This summer, in addition to numerous weddings, the Hidden Meadow will host a variety of events: A toddler’s birthday party, complete with bouncy house and petting zoo; several summer concerts, family reunions, a class picnic. Security Deposit and Cancellation Policies
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Travelers Checks, Personal Checks, and Cash.
We can immediately guarantee your reservation with a 50% deposit or a minimum one-night deposit if you use a credit card. If you pay by cash or check, we ask for full prepayment of your reservation within 5 days of your call. We will mail, or email confirmation of your reservation upon receipt of your deposit.
Your visit is important to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please give us at least 10 days notice prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit. If you should need to cancel with less than 10 day notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
